Game of the Week. There are four sub-promotions in this offer, including a game prize draw, a cashback deal, and a cash prize draw. It looks like a lot of fun! To enter, players must be invited, but it’s not clear how an invite is decided.

Tournaments. These are free to enter, and there are 8,000 prizes every week of up to 150 Free Spins! Players must play the selected slot during the tournament times, so be sure to check when tournaments are currently live! We entered, and sadly didn’t win a prize, but it was still fun to compete, and we did have a little win off the slot itself!

Jackpotjoy Review: VIP & Loyalty

There are a few ways that players are rewarded on Jackpotjoy. When you make your first deposit, you have then unlocked a Daily Free Game that can be enjoyed once a day, forever. Pick 6 symbols on the grid, and you could win cash prizes and free spins. This is a really fun way of giving players the chance to win a prize every day, and the fact that it’s unlocked forever after just one deposit is amazing.  The FAQs also state that the staff are constantly reviewing player accounts, and will drop rewards into your account if you have earned one, no need to contact customer support. The VIP scheme on Jackpotjoy is called PLUS, and is invite-only. The PLUS Team review player accounts to look out for players who qualify, but they don’t advertise their criteria, as they want to avoid encouraging irresponsible gambling, which really impressed us. If you are lucky enough to be invited to join PLUS, you can get rewards and perks like exclusive weekly promotions, and more frequent Box Bonanzas.

Jackpotjoy is incredibly easy to use and is one of our favourite online bingo sites. We’ve tried out a lot of different sites, but Jackpotjoy was truly a joy to explore. The site is intuitive; everything is where you expect it to be. The FAQ section is huge, but it’s easy to find the questions you want. Every bit of info we looked for on Jackpotjoy was easy to find, and the customer support was a breeze to access and use. There are tonnes of options when it comes to Jackpotjoy's games, and they are neatly organised to make finding something that suits you easy. Once you join Jackpotjoy, the best step is making your first deposit. You’ll then be able to play any games that catch your eye, and once you’ve wagered £10, you can claim your chosen welcome bonus reward.

Jackpotjoy Branding Review

Jackpotjoy’s blue and white colour scheme is very recognisable, as is the logo. Unsurprising for a site with a household name, but it’s still nice to see the same branding throughout the site. Though Jackpotjoy previously had Dame Barbara Windsor and Paddy McGuinness as its celebrity ambassadors, it seems that they are currently without celeb representation.  Jackpotjoy has a tonne of slot, casino, and live table games, but it does a very good job of striking the balance between these and its bingo product. Neither feels like an afterthought, and the choice-based welcome offer reflects this. The blue and white branding is pretty neutral; it’s not fluffy like a lot of bingo sites, nor is it dark and edgy like so many casinos. Jackpotjoy does a great job of appealing to everyone.

If you look about, there are many popular alternatives to Jackpotjoy and some of them in our opinion have a slightly slicker design and feel. Naturally the brand is instantly recognisable because of its iconic imagery and advertising. We just feel the site looks a little dated in some places, but that doesn't hinder the game play.

When you first land on Jackpotjoy, it’s easy to get started. Clicking on the welcome offer banner or the Join Now button will take you to the registration page directly. Once you’ve got an account set up, it’s easy to find all the games you’re looking for; they’re listed by category along the top of the page. This makes Jackpotjoy super easy to use, even for a beginner.  The free daily games are listed prominently on the homepage too, so players can see what’s on offer once they’ve joined. These free games are a great offering, so it’s nice to see them well advertised.

While there are not many bingo variants to choose from on Jackpotjoy, there are plenty of special features in the rooms to give them interesting twists. 90-ball and 75-ball bingo accounts for just about every room, with Session Bingo also offering occasional 80-ball games.

Jackpotjoy has ‘jackpot’ in the name, so it’s hardly surprising that they have plenty of big prizes up for grabs. The bingo rooms each have their own prize jackpot, which can vary from a few pounds to £600 and more. On top of this, many rooms also offer progressive jackpots, with varying conditions.

You may have to win in a certain number of calls, or perhaps call bingo on a specific number. These jackpots are much bigger, and are almost all in the thousands. The biggest jackpot when we played was £10,000, and this was in the Superlinks room. This is the Super Jackpot (SJ). There are two SJs available in this room; one is to be won by a single player, and with the other, all players in the room get a share if it triggers.

Several rooms on Jackpotjoy offer penny bingo games. The Tiki room and Speed Bingo had penny games running when we played, and a couple more rooms had 2p tickets for sale. A few rooms had 10p tickets, but only one went as high as 20p. The Session Bingo rooms sells tickets for £5, but this buys you a whole session of 15 games, and so is still good value for money.

Mini games can be played in the bingo rooms as you watch the numbers come out, or as you wait in between games. A selection of slot games is available, and these can be found in the bottom left hand side of the window, nice and out of the way so they don’t interfere if you’re not playing them. These were a nice addition, though a few of the games we were hoping to see weren’t available.

The homepage is surprisingly similar to the desktop site; many apps change things around more due to limited space, but Jackpotjoy makes it work. The app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store, or the Apple App Store, depending on your device. You have to be in the UK to play, and the app will ask to check by using your approximate location.

Jackpotjoy Banking Review: Depositing

Jackpotjoy banking options are a little limited when it comes to deposit options. Currently, players can only use debit cards or Apple Pay to make a deposit. Although Jackpotjoy used to accept PayPal, they no longer offer this as a payment option for new accounts.

The good news is that only accepting debit cards means that you know Jackpotjoy takes its banking security very seriously. It is a bit disappointing that they only offer debit card, however, and not even PayPal or Paysafecard are accepted.

You can request withdrawals via the same methods as depositing, and for security reasons, you must withdraw back to the last method that you deposited from.
