How do I redeem Port Points for bonus cash and free spins?
- Simply enter your username when you redeem your Port Points in the Port Points Store. and we’ll have the bonus or free spins credited to your account in as little as 24 hours, but please allow up to 7 days
- You will also need to maintain an active depositing account at the site that you’re redeeming from, but no deposit is required to claim the bonus.
- Bonus Cash and Free Slot Spins redemptions are limited to one per site, per week, but you can claim at multiple sites each week.

To acheive Silver membership you simply need to join and deposit at 1 or more participating sites via the BingoPort Player Rewards programme.

- To ensure you retain your Silver Membership to BingoPort you'll need to have joined 1 new participating site or redeposited at a participating site that you have previously joined via the BingoPort Player Rewards programme in the last 90 days.
