As a quick history lesson, LC International Limited began as a collaboration between Bwin Interactive Entertainment AG and GVC Holdings plc, previously known as Gaming VC Holdings SA. They combined their operations to form a global gaming entity under the name bwin.party Digital Entertainment plc.
